The perfume of mint with Grandma’s Sunday roast … herbs from the garden can evoke numerous memories and stories. During this session you will be guided through the Kitchen Garden to discover, learn, taste and smell the delights of culinary herbs, what flavours compliment each other, how they like to grow and the stories they bring. We hope to inspire you to create your own herb sanctuary and build a culinary meandering space of your own.

Jason Newton is a local Chef who for many years has explored the blending of colours, flavours, textures and scents of a multitude of culinary herbs and cuisines from all across the world. Jase is a great story teller and brings with him the delights of his cheffing experience and creativity.
