Topics covered include:
• Provide basic kitchen skills, including food safety and OHS principles.
• Sharing the preparation and eating of food and clean-up.
• Understanding the standards of cleanliness required in commercial kitchens.
• Prepare people for entry-level work in the hospitality industry; kitchen hand or wait staff.
