This 8-week course explores the impact of climate change on our food, energy and water systems. Making resource efficient decisions now, will lead us on the right path to having a sustainable future.

Participants will learn to understand the language & concepts around environmental sustainability, and how these concepts can make a positive impact in your home, on your budget and on our planet.

  • How to save on your energy bill
  • Food systems
  • Water as a resource
  • Ecological justice & climate change solutions
  • Waste & recycling
