The Improv Physical Theatre covers the basics of improvisation. Work on your creativity and unlock yourself through improv exercises based on play, collaboration and support. If you are ready to break out of your comfort zone and have fun, this course is for you!

If you are seeking ways to explore better versions of yourself – both on and off the stage. Whatever your life or career, this 6 week course can help you:

  • Increase your confidence
  • Break unhelpful communication habits
  • Be a dynamic listener
  • Grow as a performer
  • Improve speaking skills
  • Improvise with all levels
  • Know your creative self better

You’ll also explore the rich principles of improvisation such as being present, listening, idea generation, collective agreement, accepting offers – saying yes, and taking risks.

Suitable for all levels of ability and beginners are most welcome.

Julieta is a Yoga and a Feldenkrais practitioner. She is an actress with more than 12 years of experience in improvisation and performing professionally since 2005 with various companies from Argentina and Barcelona.
