Mindful Moments is an opportunity to learn about your wellbeing and practical self-care techniques to improve your lifestyle. ‘Being in the moment’ is a valuable skill when suffering from stress, anxiety or any form of distress that creates the feeling of being overwhelmed.

The body movement session will assist in a better functioning body, and a Meditation to ease your worries and encourage positive thinking. Herbal tea will be provided with a guide to its benefits and effective use in your day to day living.
