Qualified Yoga instructor, Wendy Ashton offers 2 levels of Hatha Yoga on Tuesday mornings (during school terms).
Join her in class as she guides you through a session of warm ups and stretching, themed yoga poses, cool down, meditation and deep relaxation. Each class is designed to fit the needs of each individual and group. Wendy draws on many influences that will inspire you to reclaim your body and fill you once again with a positive approach toward yourself and your attitude to life.
