Get your boots on, and out to the farm to learn the basics on a real vegetable producing farm! This short course includes developing understanding of on-farm OHS, practical skills and opportunities for discussion.

Mel has been working and living in the space of environmental sustainability and learning how things work so she can live lighter and with more understanding for a long time.
She has had past lives travelling on bicycles around Australia, working in mental health in the Blue Mountains NSW and running alternative learning programs in Western Sydney. Following she then worked as a postie (life dream!) and completed several small farm internships in NSW and QLD.
Currently Mel works as a local grower of organic vegetables, herbs, edible flowers on Dja Dja Wurrung country, in Harcourt and enjoys spending time being creative and spending time in the bush, under the stars or around a fire and cuddling her dog, Scallywag.
