Are you, your friends or family neuro-spicy and interested in neurodivergent inclusive cooking? Then this class is for you!
Jade has a comprehensive career in hospitality, and in recent years has learnt more about neurodivergence and the impacts food can have for people living with neurodivergence. Personally Jade has family members with autism and ADHD which has provided her with first hand experience understanding how to cater to specific needs of people living with neurodivergence. Jade has learnt how to support people incorporating nutritious food into their diets whilst living with struggles with textures, smells and flavors.
