You’ll learn how to confidently use a computer, understand the difference between emails, apps, browsers, and files, and perform everyday tasks like attaching documents, uploading files, managing passwords, and staying safe online.
Whether you’re starting from scratch or just want to boost your confidence, we’ll guide you step by step in a supportive and relaxed environment. Perfect for anyone who’s ever thought, “I wish someone would just show me how!”
By the end of this module, participants will be able to:
• Use an email program to send messages including adding attachments
• Browse the internet
• Understand uploading and downloading documents
• Fill in online forms
• Using Zoom, You Tube, Google and programs you identify
