Before you can grow, market, or innovate — you need to truly understand what your business is and where it’s heading. This module helps small business owners step out of the day-to-day and see the bigger picture: your purpose, structure, market position, and long-term direction.
Over five weeks, you’ll clarify your business model, assess your current position, and decide where you want your business to go. You’ll also develop a practical strategic roadmap to guide your next stage of growth — whether that’s scaling up, pivoting, or stabilizing your operations. This isn’t about theory — it’s about making real business decisions with confidence.
By the end of this module, participants will be able to:
- Clearly define the purpose, mission, and structure of their business.
- Evaluate how their business model aligns with customer needs and long-term goals.
- Identify strategic opportunities and areas for improvement within their current operations.
- Understand their industry landscape and position themselves effectively.
- Develop a direction statement and actionable 12-month roadmap for their business.
