Create Space is a free weekly art group where people come together to create in a relaxed, welcoming, and supportive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, everyone is encouraged to bring their own project and materials and simply enjoy making art alongside others.
There are no formal lessons, but the group is about learning from each other, sharing ideas, and being inspired by the creative energy in the room. It’s an opportunity to draw or paint, and explore your own creative style using your preferred materials.
The group is coordinated by local resident Nina Franceschi and meets on Tuesday mornings. All are welcome — the only requirement is a willingness to have a go!
Please note:
- Participants must bring their own art materials
- Odourless mediums are required for oil painting
- Tea and coffee are provided
