Cost: $15 per tub or $0.25 per wine or flute glass. (Subject to availability).
A $20 security bond is required, which will be deducted from your final invoice or refunded within 3 business days.
Terms & Conditions:
By hiring items from Castlemaine Community House (CCH), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
Return of Items
- All items must be returned clean and in the same condition as received.
- Items should be returned in the labelled tub provided by CCH.
- The number of items hired must match the number of items returned. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
- Items must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Liability
- CCH is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of using the items.
- The hirer assumes full responsibility for the items during the hiring period.
Reporting Damages or Losses
- Any damaged, lost, or misplaced items must be reported to CCH as soon as possible.
- The hirer will be responsible for any costs associated with the replacement or repair of damaged, lost, or misplaced items.
Cleaning Requirements
- All items must be thoroughly cleaned before returning. This includes washing, drying, and ensuring they are free of any food or beverage residues.
Payment Terms
- Full payment for the hire must be made in advance or as per the agreed payment terms with CCH
- A $20 security bond is required, which will be deducted from your final invoice or refunded within 3 business days.
- Any additional charges incurred due to damages, losses, or late returns will be invoiced separately.
