If you’re curious about AI but not sure where to begin, this beginner-friendly course gives you the skills and confidence to use it effectively. No technical background is required.
Across five structured sessions, you’ll learn how tools like ChatGPT and other emerging AI platforms actually operate, how to communicate with them to get useful outputs, and how to build simple systems that support your business or workflow. You’ll also try a range of up-to-date AI tools, so you understand what’s possible right now.
What you’ll learn:
- How modern AI models work and why they behave the way they do
- How to write clear, purposeful prompts that produce reliable outcomes
- Practical methods for improving accuracy, relevance and consistency in AI outputs
- How to turn effective prompts into reusable workflows and lightweight tools
- An introduction to AI “agents” — what they are, how they function, and where they’re useful
What you’ll leave with: A set of tested prompts, practical examples, and a simple customised AI workflow you’ve built yourself — plus a clear understanding of how to continue applying AI in your own business or projects.
By the end, you won’t just understand AI — you’ll know how to put it to work.
