
This event is an opportunity for community to gather, reflect on our recent extreme events, as bushfires and extreme heat, and discuss what we can do as individuals and community members to prepare, cope and recover in the face of these events.
All are welcome to join, bring your questions, concerns and suggestions to share.
When: 5:30-7:30pm Thursday 12th February (doors open at 5:00pm)
Where: Castlemaine Town Hall
Who: For all of our community, anyone who would like to know more about how to stay safe, well and connected during extreme events.
Light snacks and coffee-tea will be provided, please register to help with understanding catering needs.
This community forum is being hosted by Castlemaine Community House, Mount Alexander Sustainability Group, CFA & Red Cross.
Please check the fire danger rating on the day because for your safety, if the fire danger rating is extreme and/or it is a Total Fire Ban the event will be postponed for your safety
