In this modern world our bodies are having to deal with being exposed and overloaded by synthetic chemicals in our foods, cleaning products and pretty much everything we touch and breathe. Our bodies were simply not made to deal with this massive increase in toxins and it is affecting us physically and mentally; Interrupting and confusing messages to our hormones, storing chemicals in our fat tissues and creating bacterial imbalances within our guts.
Having made her own home care products for over 35 years, Narelle will teach you how to make everything from scratch using less than a dozen ingredients that are easily available and 100% natural.
- Dish washing liquid & tablets
- Washing powder & fabric softener
- Surface, glass & floor cleaner
- Reusable Wipes
- Oven cleaner & cleaning paste
- Air freshener, insect repellent / spider spray
Each participant will need to bring 5 spray bottles, 6 standard sized jars, 1 large jar, a small ice cube tray and an apron. Recycled jars and spray bottles are fine.
