If you’ve ever wanted to work in a cafe, restaurant or bar then this is one of the skills you need.
Our facilitator will help you understand: ~ different beans and grinds ~ all the milk options and how to use them ~ types of coffee machines ~ the difference between a latte and a flat white ~ which cups to use ~ presentation skills
Add these skills to your hospitality CV and get the job you want.
This course is a companion course to our Hospitality and Retail Skills course. You can do both if you really love this industry.
After this course: you could tell employers you have these new skills, do another course at Castlemaine Community House, study hospitality at TAFE or University, or apply for a job.
