Time: 9.00am - 10.30am
Date: Tuesdays
Where: Castlemaine Community House
Instructor: Wendy Ashton
This is a gentle class for bodies that require special understanding, with a good warm up and easing into postures that will suit a variety of levels. It is important not to strain or force the body, so we will be building up very gently and with respect. A ‘do what you can’ attitude is encouraged.
What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothes you can stretch in, a blanket for deep relaxation, a yoga mat if you have one, and a back roll if you usually need one to get down on the floor (a rolled up towel can do this job).
Time: 9.00am – 10.30am
Cost: $120 (for 10 classes) or $15 (per session) – Pay on the day!
Bookings essential, contact Wendy on 0490 064 084 (text is best)
