It can be hard to come up with a healthy three times a day, especially when you’re juggling home, family, caring, work, study, volunteering and all the other things we try and fit in each day!
Yvonne will make it easier – she’ll teach you delicious healthy meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner and lunchbox fillers for youngsters and adults. Importantly this course will unpack all you need to know about freezing foods for quick solutions on busy days.
This course will teach you:
- what ingredients and dishes thaw best
- how to package food for freezer meals and how long they keep
- breakfast/ snacks/ bases sauces that you can whip out for quick meals
- easy, protein reach nutritious and cheap ideas
- what to pair with easy quick ingredients to ‘freshen’ up the meal
- how to use and keep left overs
