No previous experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to get your hands deliciously messy. Prep, season, and mix your own batch of each kimchi, and then take home two jars you made yourself, ready to ferment into tangy perfection.

Narsha Kang is a regional artist whose creativity also spills into the kitchen. She learned kimchi making the old-school way — at her mother’s side, watching, tasting, and eventually mastering the family recipe passed down through generations. Known in her family as the kimchi expert, Narsha’s mum set the bar high, and now Narsha shares those tried-and-true techniques.
