Join us for a nourishing one-hour satsang that begins with an exploration of the Heart Chakra and why opening the heart is central to our wellbeing. Through open discussion, participants are invited to share and ask questions, deepening their understanding of this practice.

The session then flows into a 15–20 minute guided meditation, focusing on cultivating love and gratitude for the body, the mind, and the self. A gentle reminder throughout: it all begins and ends with awareness.
