‘School Can’t’ Parents and Carers Group

Are you a parent or carer of a young person who experiences challenges with attending school? Would you like to connect with others experiencing this, in a supportive environment?

his new group has been created by Castlemaine Community House in recognition of the stress and isolation many local families are experiencing due to school refusal or “school can’t.”

These monthly sessions are designed to provide a welcoming, judgment-free, and safe space for parents and carers to connect, share, and support one another.

All sessions are confidential, and diverse personal experiences with school refusal are encouraged and respected.

Sessions will be gently supported by experienced care providers from Dhelkaya Health.

All sessions are confidential, no cost, no judgement and no obligations.
